News: 03.01.26
On Sunday, August 1, 2021, at approximately 10:15pm, Officers were dispatched to the residence of 447 S. Hampton Road, on a shooting. Upon arrival, Officers found Mr. Martin Hall outside the residence with a gunshot wound. Mr. Hall and a few of his friends had been socializing while sitting outside enjoying the evening and talking. During this time, a vehicle drove down the street and fired multiple bullets in the direction of the conversing group. Mr. Hall was transported to a local hospital in critical condition where he was pronounced deceased a short time later. Police are seeking information regarding any event which may have led to this shooting.

On 1-24-26 at approximately 6:05PM, a male was crossing Morse Rd from the northside of the roadway to the southside of the roadway in a crosswalk, with the walk signal. A dark colored SUV was making a right hand turn from Northtowne Blvd. to travel westbound on Morse Rd. striking the victim as he was in the crosswalk. The victim was thrown to the ground from being struck by the SUV.
